If you cannot recover operation of the machine with the countermeasures described above, do this procedure:

  1. Remove the HDD.
  2. Execute SP5801-019.
  3. Turn the machine off.
  4. Re-install the HDD, and then turn to machine on.
  5. Execute SP5832-004 to format the HDD.
  6. Cycle the machine off/on.
    Steps 1 to 7 should cancel the SC error. But this also erases the log and data encryption settings which must be entered again manually.
  7. Open SP9730-002 and set it to "1" (ON).
  8. Open SP9730-003 and set it to "1" (ON).
  9. Open SP9730-004 and set it to "1" (ON).
  10. Cycle the machine off/on.
