1. Pull out the paper tray.
  2. Remove the right side of paper tray 1 [A].*

    * Pro C5200S/C5210S use TCRU/ORU screws

  3. Remove the fixing screws of the bracket for the upper tray heater [A].
  4. Remove the connector cover [A].
  5. Remove the upper tray heater [A] along with the bracket.
  6. Remove the upper tray heater [A].
