TM(ID) Sensor are attached to the main unit facing the transfer belt. In this machine, two small TM(ID) Sensor consisting of a Sensor Head on a circuit board are located on each side of the main unit. Both sensors are used when executing the Process Control/IBACC/MUSIC.
A bar code label incorporating a unique value specific to each sensor (ID Sensor test value) is attached to the Sensor Head of the TM(ID) Sensor. The ID Sensor test value, which is used to detect the level of adherence of the Color Toner on the transfer belt, is configured for the SP settings in the main unit during the quality assurance process. When a TM(ID) Sensor has been replaced in the market, you will need to manually input a set value in the SP.
