Shift Tray Exit Fan, Shutter Motor, Shutter Home Position Sensor, Paper Height Sensor (Inside the Paper Exit Unit)

1. Remove the shift tray exit unit. (Shift Tray Exit Unit)

2. Remove four screws as shown below. (x4)
   
   
   

   

   The diagram below shows the locations of these components in the shift tray exit unit.

   [B] Shutter Motor
   [C] Shutter Home Position Sensor
   [D] Paper Height Sensor

   

Shift Tray Exit Fan

Remove the screws and connector of each of the fans, and then, if necessary, release the clamp. (x2, x1, x1)

Shutter Motor

Remove and disconnect the belt and connector, and then remove the screws. (x1, x2)

Shutter Home Position Sensor

Disconnect the connector and release the hooks. (x1)

Paper Height Sensor

Disconnect the connector and release the hooks. (x1)
