- Remove the following covers.
- IM 550F/600F/600SRF: Paper exit tray (Paper Exit Tray (IM 550F/600F))
- P 800/801: Upper cover (Upper Cover)
- Remove the screw which is fixing the fusing thermistor connection PCB [A].
- Turn over the fusing thermistor connection PCB [A], and then disconnect the flat cable and connectors.
