RICOH

Technical Document Center

Welcome to the Ricoh Service Document Center.

This is your on-line technical document library for Ricoh office products. This library contains service manuals, parts catalogs, technical bulletins, supplementary technical documents, and operator's manuals.

Document Format

All documents in the Ricoh Service Document Center are in the PDF format. To view them, you will need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Exchange. Acrobat Reader is a free program that you can download from the Adobe web site.

Browser issues: You must use a browser that can display PDF files internally. Both Internet Explorer (ver. 4.01 and above) and Netscape Navigator (ver. 4.7 and above) will work. You may need to set the Acrobat "General Preferences" for "Web Browser Integration" .

Finding Documents

There are two ways to find documents--by following links or by entering the product code.

Follow the Links: Return to the previous page and do the following:

  1. Click on one of the button of the product group of the product you are interested in. You will then see a table of Ricoh products. This table contains the development names, product codes, and names of the products in the selected category.

  2. Click on the name or code of the product. You will then jump to a document links page that has links to all of the documents related to the selected product or product group.

  3. Click on the document you want to read.

Enter the Product Code: Alternately, if you know the product code, you can enter it and go directly to the document links page. To use this option, enter the first four characters/numbers of the product code and press go.
Codes for peripherals will also work. Alternately, if you want to see documents for a peripheral, enter the code for the product that it is used on. (For example: If you wanted to see a document for DF64, you could enter the code for the Cattleya [A257] and then click on the link for the DF64 document.)
